She is an super-powered alien mage who gets her power from the life force of the planet. So the limits of her strength is equivalent to the remaining collective power of the planet. She would be very dangerous because the more power she leeches from the planet, the more the planet would die - causing a major problem! Her magic grants her superhuman strength, speed, durability, stamina, flight, survival in space, along with throwing fireballs, energy blasts and lightning, that's just some of what she is capable of. Her weakness is focus, she needs 5 seconds to focus her mind in order to tap into her true power. If she can focus for at least 5 seconds, she can heal herself and recharge to full power. She can even, albeit briefly, increase her power beyond her limits, in order to take down a strong adversary. So if a foe prevented her from concentrating then she wouldn't be able to recover. Which can be accomplished by a special device to scramble her thoughts or w/e or by knocking her senseless. You basically gotta' keep attacking her and you can't give her room to breathe or any time to recover. Her other weakness is that she relies on the life-force of the planet she is on, which means if she fights in Space or a planet with little to no life, she will be greatly weakened since she wouldn't be able to heal or recharge. So that's another way to bring her down. It's usually best to fight her as a team because she is very powerful.
